The new Sigma's responsive performance and handling represent decades of engineering excellence, combined with remarkable technological innovation. The ECI-MULTI V6 engine's simple yet proven SOHC 24-valve design delivers exceptional fuel economy without compromising on power.
Independent front and rear suspensions offer ideal proportions of handling and riding comfort. And there's a choice of easy-to-use 5-speed manual transmission, or sophisticated INVECS-II 4-speed automatic transmission.
In the new Sigma, as in all of its vehicles, Mitsubishi considers safety to be of the utmost priority. From its active and passive safety systems-like ABS to help avoid accidents and SRS airbags to help protect occupants should an accident occur-to the front and rear crushable zones in the lightweight yet structurally rigid body, the Sigma's total dedication to safety is apparent.
